What Buzz is

One communication tool, organized around the work.

Construction work creates a lot of moving conversations. A question may begin in a text, continue in an email, and end with a note that someone has to remember later. Across several active jobs, it becomes easy to lose track.

BUZZ

A private online workspace where Coker team members and approved AI Agents can communicate in channels organized by job.

Instead of relying on memory or searching through several apps, each job can have a clear home. The conversation stays with the job, so it is easier to understand what happened, what was promised, and what still needs attention.

Why we are implementing it

The problem is not a lack of effort. It is scattered information.

Coker Buzz is designed to reduce the daily friction that comes from managing many jobs, many conversations, and many commitments at the same time.

Too many job conversations

Keep each project’s discussion together instead of piecing it together from separate places.

Follow-ups get lost

Make requests and commitments easier to see so the right person knows what needs attention.

To-do lists fall behind

Turn everyday conversations into clearer next steps instead of depending on memory alone.

Approved help for the whole team

Meet our new AI Agent Assistants.

These Assistants are being rolled out to help Jacob, Leslie, and Chris handle the information surrounding every job. They work only with approved Coker information and prepare help for people to review.

Rolling out now
01

Organize job information automatically

Bring useful information from approved email, shared Drive folders, and calendars together around the correct project.

Benefit: less searching across separate apps.
02

Keep communication and follow-ups visible

Notice open communication loops, identify who needs a response, and help prepare follow-up reminders before commitments are forgotten.

Benefit: fewer dropped handoffs and late replies.
03

Answer questions about any approved project

Use the most up-to-date information available in approved Coker sources to answer questions about schedules, conversations, files, and current job status.

Benefit: faster answers without tracking down several people.
04

Turn job messages into proposed To Do items

Recognize action items in project messages and prepare them for the To Do List, with a person reviewing important additions and assignments.

Benefit: everyday requests become visible next steps.
05

Find project files from Drive on command

Locate documents, sheets, plans, photos, and other job files inside the approved shared Drive area, then return the right file or reference when asked.

Benefit: less digging through folders when the team needs something now.

People stay in charge. The Assistants can organize, find, answer, and prepare. They do not make final project decisions, send outside messages, or change important records on their own.

How it is designed to help

Organized work. A clearer record. People in charge.

01

One channel for each job

Questions, updates, decisions, files, and follow-ups stay connected to the project they belong to. The team spends less time asking where something was discussed.

02

A message history you can return to

Buzz keeps a durable record of workspace messages. That history can help the team reconstruct what was discussed later, including when a customer, contract, or legal question needs a clear timeline. It supports recordkeeping; it is not a substitute for formal legal or document-retention advice.

03

People remain in charge

Agents can help organize, find, and prepare information. They do not make final project decisions or send outside messages on their own.
